Brownstone Building Contractors

When we started to work with Brownstone they were not unlike many small companies, concentrating on satisfying their current work load and not having the time to look towards the future and the growth of the business. There was no website and minimum social media in place. Project3 quickly rectified this taking control of both as part of our marketing strategy, which has proved hugely beneficial to the level of enquiries both received and in turn the percentage of tenders that are now won.
In a shift from the “waiting for work to come to us” strategy, Project3 have introduced the business to a network of Architects who we have built and continue to build strong relationships with. This provides regular repeat enquiries.
While the company continues to grow we have implemented changes to the supply chain, assisted with recruitment and introduced new systems to ensure we can cope with the changes.

BP Walsh Decorators

The team at BP Walsh have vast experience in the Decorating and Refurbishment arena, but this was a new start company for them. It required enquiries and contacts with large contractors and frameworks that would provide consistent enquiries and work. Project3 have significantly increased the companies profile, in turn generating a large amount of enquiries and some strong relationships with top tier contractors.

Commercial Contractor

Project3 have worked discreetly with this commercial contractor on a short term basis to boost their level of enquiries. We were successful in introducing them to several large management companies who provide a consistent level of enquiries across the UK. The relationship with one in particular has gone from strength to strength with the contractor responding to this opportunity by providing a fantastic service. We will be happy to assist them again if they ever need the Project3 team.
